It's about time for a PPP! What is that, one might ask?

Player Plotting Posts are a good chance for people to plan meetings with other characters, to just get filled in on what's going on with other people in the game, or to figure out player-driven plots with other people.

Respond to this thread with the following information, and be sure to go through and look at other people's posts! Try to respond to one or two characters you haven't had a chance to interact with! It's a great chance for new CR.

Remember, there are opportunities for plotting with roommates and job situations in Gebo! Additionally, a smut event will be coming up due to player request. Details will be released after a date is chosen, but for now, just know that characters who choose to be involved will be feeling effects of an amorous nature and inclined to get it on with those they might not normally pursue. Basically it’s a chance to have some random sex.

Character’s Current Job: Lava Lamps

About the Character: Rush is a grumpy, snarky old genius scientist who's trying to deal with some heavy losses right now, and spends most of his time buried in various 'work' projects. He's investigating the kidnappings/toys left behind, and that tends to be mostly on his mind right now.

What I'm Looking For: Rush could definitely use some male friends! Also science buddies. But most of his CR is with young women, and I'd love to branch out some from that! But seriously, just more CR and cementing existing CR. I'm easy.

Smut Event Info And because these types of things are like the only way he ever has smut, yeah, Rush will be participaring!

If you'd like to, I'm not averse. Depends a bit on when this event is happening in relation to the responsibility-taking post, what sort of reaction (or not) he gets from it, etc.

For a point of clarification, though, I'll admit I'm a little confused after our last thread... if she believes the Nysgods don't care about the candidates as individuals, why does she think he's going to be taken anywhere? Or is she just worried about the unknown possibility?

I understand! I didn't really clarify very well. But yes, she did say she doesn't think they will do something. However, she is afraid that she is wrong and when it comes to the Doctor, she knows that it is a very real possibility that he will get what he wants (even if the Nysgod never seemed disposed to dealing with them before). The Doctor tends to find trouble regardless of it was there before.

About the Character: Magic immortal queen, has a very New Age approach to life but difficulty forming close bonds. But this has been changing, with her current situation, and she's been forming friendships and deep connections with people. She doesn't do romance, however - sex is fun and friendly, but romantic love is a no-no - so that may be something to keep in mind.

What I'm Looking For: Definitely interested in exploring Ming opening up and becoming more of a personally social person, and pursuing deeper friendships and connections with other characters. But I am pretty much down for anything!

I've been glancing sideways at Maul since he arrived but haven't tossed either of mine at him yet. And Xeno is going to be looking for someone to teach him how to fight effectively -- he has raw strength, good reflexes, and decent fighting instincts, but he's not a skilled fighter.

Seeing as Rush and Draco both work over at the lava lamps, perhaps they could find themselves interacting there? Especially since Draco clearly has no idea what he's doing, and pretty much looks at everyone else around him to double-check how to do things. He's also got a bit of an interest in the toys as well, though he doesn't know much about them.

Character’s Current Job: Gardener

About the Character: An artist fighter who uses ki, Devi is blunt but humorous, clever and sometimes a sarcastic literalist. If she's approached in a friendly manner, she will reciprocate. Being smart, she enjoys conversation that stimulates her mind somehow, even if it's not an important topic. Currently, Devi is marking and talking to people who have or are willing to fight/contribute to the brain pool, eager to help pick a reaction out of the situation, be it by metaplot or playerplot.

She's also kind of entangled romantically with Julian Reed.

What I'm Looking For: Being an emotional shutout, Devi needs friends to ease her back into the basic recognition of emotional rights that doesn't involve using her fists. That being said, I'd like to get her more casual CR that can grow into solid friendships. Since most of her interactions are with men, she needs more chicks, but I will take any new CR, positive or negative. She is capable and willing to fight or spar too.

Smut Event Info Outside of possibly one occurance, I'm holding off on final decisions.
