It's about time for a PPP! What is that, one might ask?

Player Plotting Posts are a good chance for people to plan meetings with other characters, to just get filled in on what's going on with other people in the game, or to figure out player-driven plots with other people.

Respond to this thread with the following information, and be sure to go through and look at other people's posts! Try to respond to one or two characters you haven't had a chance to interact with! It's a great chance for new CR.

Remember, there are opportunities for plotting with roommates and job situations in Gebo! Additionally, a smut event will be coming up due to player request. Details will be released after a date is chosen, but for now, just know that characters who choose to be involved will be feeling effects of an amorous nature and inclined to get it on with those they might not normally pursue. Basically it’s a chance to have some random sex.

Character’s Current Job: Jewelry Making (and he'll show up...sometimes.)

About the Character: Thousand-and-something-years-old Time Lord with a compulsive need to Fix Problems wherever he finds them. At the moment, he's getting acquainted with the city of Gebo and working on planning his next move.

What I'm Looking For: So Bowtie is having Time Lord Guilt™ about the fact that he got a lot of people punished for something he and a smaller group of people did. Soooooo. He wants to publicly take responsibility for the hack and appeal to the Nysgods at large, including any that might be more sympathetic to the candidates than Skokan. HE WOULD HAVE DONE THIS ALREADY IF HIS PLAYER WASN'T SO BUSY 8| but it will likely be happening next week. NO IDEA if this is going to result in...anything, but jsyk.

Outside of that - any other chance to be a Big Damn Hero because helloooo god complex. He wants in on escape events, revolution plotting, or research. Any of it.

Smut Event Info He may be involved. Depends on the specifics of the event. I'm a kinky bastard, so I'm open to discussing all types of things. Bowtie specifically drifts toward fun, lighthearted and loving smut, as suits his personality. Silly hats are welcome =3 He can certainly get passionate if the mood is right -- just don't expect anything like, for instance, dirty talk. Unless you want a good laugh.

If you'd like to, I'm not averse. Depends a bit on when this event is happening in relation to the responsibility-taking post, what sort of reaction (or not) he gets from it, etc.

For a point of clarification, though, I'll admit I'm a little confused after our last thread... if she believes the Nysgods don't care about the candidates as individuals, why does she think he's going to be taken anywhere? Or is she just worried about the unknown possibility?

I understand! I didn't really clarify very well. But yes, she did say she doesn't think they will do something. However, she is afraid that she is wrong and when it comes to the Doctor, she knows that it is a very real possibility that he will get what he wants (even if the Nysgod never seemed disposed to dealing with them before). The Doctor tends to find trouble regardless of it was there before.

I would love to have Christine talk to him before he appeals to the Nysgods. Because she's been considering doing just that, or getting someone to do just that, though she worries if they have one representative and others will be resentful they weren't picked, etc. But! She wouldn't know in advance that he's planning to do this, right? So if we could just have them run into each other, could she voice her frustrations and say something like "Somebody needs to talk to them about us," etc? Might help him get the ball rolling?

If she mentioned it to him, he might tell her his plan. He's not opposed to people sharing the responsibility with him, either! But he's also not announcing his plans to the group at large because he doesn't want people to think he's pressuring them.

I could be up for smuttings with either of our cr pairings. Rather than post in two places, I'll ramble here.

Bontie: the pro would be it would give them a push in that direction and it could take awhile otherwise. Con is mostly the flip side of the same coin. Going slow is sweet and could potentially be better in the long run? Not that I know where their long run is headed.

Xeno/Cordy: The pro to this would be that his first time would probably be more meaningful than a hookup with a stranger would be and it could lead to an interesting shift in their cr. of course, the obvs downside with this one is obvs. It could really screw things up, but negative stints of cr isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Also, you know what's the best and worst thing about playing a character whose every experience is formative? Knowing that basically any decision you make is going to lead interesting places /o\ Xeno's going to take some thought...

Bowtie wouldn't be feeling as guilty if his assigned roommate hadn't had a post-traumatic attack in his direction. That tends to shift one's perspective on things.

And he won't be trying to take all the blame. At least, he won't stop anyone else from stepping up to share responsibility if they're moved to.
