She is 100% normal human girl, with no real special strength or super talents. She IS resourceful, and will probably try and think her way out of a few situations. But I imagine at some point (one that likely requires more than her level of strength, no tools or weapons about) this all will catch up to her.
I think it is logical she would sustain injuries, but she will in NO way be open to Nysgod healing. Not after what happened with Cordy. She'll just suffer through.
