hi! i am carley, totally new to this game, here with an OC, Noah Miller! i haven't been in a game in...awhile oh god. i'm backtag-friendly and totally cool with being poked about a tag if it's been a little while. i can be found on both plurk and aim at shockvaluecola!

Noah here is a gigantic idiot, has the worst judgment ever, is super gay, and an Actual Puppy. for all that he is not smart, he's got a heart the size of Texas (and he sounds like he's from Texas too, because he mostly grew up there in various places). if you don't actively antagonize him, he will love you. also he can set fires with his mind.

SO UH YEAH HI I GUESS?????

oh man. on the one hand, terrorism doesn't sound like an awesome time to noah. ON THE OTHER HAND, HE'S REALLY EASILY LED IF YOU SHOW HIM AFFECTION OR KINDNESS. i never knew how bad i needed this cr.

Well, he's from shortly before the end of FC, so not so much into terrorism, but he thinks it would be handy to have a small private mutant army on hand. Just in case. But so far he's making sure they're perceived as mostly like a club.

oh, well, that's basically what noah does anyway, lol. he mostly works as like a bouncer/security guard so being part of a private army is right up his alley, although he will strenuously object to any classification as a mutant. he's part of a whole race of elemental magic users in his world!
