Matthew grinned, stretching out in the bed and tucking his off arm up under his head. "I'm sure it had something to do with good food and good wine, not to mention good company." Because he always took good company to bed. "But that does mean you also won't have any reason to regret it either."

"Wine certainly seems to be obvious. Food, perhaps. Good company? Naturally. I seem to recall a pair of dark eyes watching me from across the room. Eyes that hypnotized me and drew me closer." She rolled to her back, her hair fanning out behind her.
