We haven't had a proper comm meme in a while, I think! So let's start up one! Here's how it works:

Ah and the path of knowing Devi continues! Cho shouldn't feel alone. A lot of people felt/feel that way about Devi. :D And she says thank you. She does rather love her hair.

Blaine gets a 'don't mess with me' kind of vibe from Scar. Partially because he's such a big guy, but mostly because of his no nonsense, can't take a joke, what is having fun???? mannerisms. That hasn't changed from when he first met him until now.

Oh, and he's repressed.

She is a Queen and acts like a Queen. When he first met her he thought she was elegant, poised, but dangerous. Just the kind of woman he's attracted to.

He still thinks all those things, but he gets the impression she is lonely and hurt and will never heal because she never fully opens up to let it air out. He thinks that's a little sad, but even he can't manage the level of hypocrisy needed to think she should open up to someone when he clamps his -mild compared to hers- traumas into a black kettle he sinks into the Marianas Trench.

He's an asshole. An overprotective, unpleasant, totally lacking in any kind of tact, jerk. Blaine will probably never stop thinking those things, but now he has an idea of why he's protective and harsh... and he still thinks Erik needs some damn tact. He just refuses to get some, thinking not saying the cruelest thing that comes to mind is necessary to be true to his 'telling the truth' policy. No Erik. You're just an asshole who doesn't care about people's feelings. :[

Blaine has only talked to her properly once, I think? He chased her through the woods once playing flirty tag not knowing who she was ahahah. He gets the feeling that she's dangerous to him not just because she's a vampire, but because she loves Matthew so much. She would give Matthew anything and here comes Blaine, sweeping Matt away even if it's only for a blink of an eye in their lifetimes. So he's wary of her, but appreciative of her knowing that she'll take care of Matt if anything happens.

But he still thinks she might shank him if she could, despite how polite she is.

The resident overachieving, know-it-all, must get all the things done person. Who can also kick your ass. Blaine gets the impression Bert is capable, dependable, and has no idea how to not flirt with people he's not interested in because seriously dude your mixed signals.

Blaine isn't quite sure what to make of her. She's dangerous because she is smart, sharp witted, observant, hilariously blunt, and takes no shit from him. So of course he finds that attractive but he also knows enough to not push too much because she might take those hair shears and shank him. He's still feeling her out.

He reminds her of Robert Lancaster, the Centurion, or bodyguard, of her court. They have somewhat similar looks (both are blonde haired and blue eyed), but it's the personalities that are similar. Robert is also one of Charlotte's lovers in her own world. So. Yes. :P

He is definitely spot on with those thoughts. She is lonely, and has been since Rosalyn died. She's even lonelier here because while there are other vampires, she's different from them and Matthew so kindly pointed out she's "inferior" to him and his kind in not so many words in that memory swapping thread which just hit on this issue quite soundly. She doesn't really grasp the concept of opening up to people. She's English, so it's pretty much inherited that she keep everything bottled up, but she also never actually had a chance to mourn Rosalyn either. She was busy keeping her hive safe and rebuilding it, and eventually it simply became one of those "Why bother now, it was so long ago" things.

Perhaps Charlotte will surprise us and eventually open up, maybe not. Either way, she has issues. A lot of issues.
