The New Girl!

Hey everyone!  Bry here bringing you my second character.  Joan Campbell from Covert Affairs.  She's your average woman who works for the World Bank.

Or at least that's what she wants you to think.

In reality she's my second blonde female character with a government law enforcement job that you really don't want to mess with.  While pissing off Mary will lead you to some bright, colorful language and eminent physical  violence, Joan tends to take an opposite path.  She will appear calm and controlled while threatening to screen your phone calls, monitor your bank accounts, and read your emails for the rest of your life.  Considering she's one of the highest ranked women within the CIA, she's more than capable of doing it too.  Have fun with that.

On a side note, for those who had set up the "regime change" group to "help" the Nysgods, I'd love to get Joan involved in that if it's still possible!

Time Travel Alert

Hi Everyone,

I'm off time traveling this weekend. Tomorrow is School Days. Technically I'm home tomorrow evening, so I might tag if I'm home. No guarantees though.

I leave Friday morning for the rest of School Days and then we set up camp, so Friday through Sunday I'll not be tagging. Technology such as this does not exist in the 18th century. I may tag Sunday when I get home, but there's a chance that I'll be so exhausted from dealing with people three days straight that the idea of internet people will be too much for me. So expect tags Monday or Tuesday for sure!

See you all next week!

Al

Canon Update + Clinic

Hello hello, folks! I've taken the liberty of sort-of canon updating Christine to Star Trek Into Darkness so she's up to speed with most of the other Trek cast. However, since we all know what the movie did to Christine's character, I've come up with an AU version that you can read about here if you've seen the movie or don't mind spoilers. But what it boils down to is that she was on the ship during the events of the film so she has knowledge of all the villainous shenanigans and heroic deeds.

How it'll work is she'll go to bed on Day 175 and at midnight her body will briefly disappear and reappear so on Day 176 she's in bed in what she was wearing at Starfleet's Medical Hospital on Earth, around the time of that scene that happens right before the ceremony. Unlike Pasha, she won't have remembered the Temple at all while spending a year back home.

So what does this mean? Overall she'll just be in the crew's loop more because here in game she was never actually told all the big spoilers, just a few hints from Pasha. She'll be really happy to see all her friends again and will probably hug your character. Her body has reverted back to its state before the last game she was pulled into (Bete Noire), so she no longer has the scar on her neck at all. Also, after talking it over with Isis, we decided that Christine and Spock will come from the same reality as well!

Okay, so that sums that up. I also want to mention that the clinic is pretty much set up. Here's a pic of the front desk area with exam rooms in the back there. The staircase leads down to a sort of greenhouse place where they can grow all their herbs. If your character volunteered to help, feel free to assume Christine put them on a schedule and they're already sitting shifts.

And finally, just reminding people that I'll post the Bachelorette Party for Pasha on the 13th. I think that covers everything!
