Kenzi? Zoey blinked in surprise at the name. I’m not... Ah hell. This was an absolutely horrible time to be unable to speak. Whoever this woman was... she cared about Kenzi a lot, if the way she punched the hell out of the man who had stabbed her was anything to go by. Hands pressed to her side, Zoey shook her head frantically. She needed to make her understand.

With all her will she tried to force words from her uncooperative throat. Please. “I’m not Kenzi.” Nothing. No matter how hard she tried... words were not coming. She reached out with a bloody hand, touching her wrist. “I’m sorry, I’m not Kenzi,” she mouthed, utterly frustrated at being unable to communicate clearly.

Then yeah. I'm that Dean.

Bo looked over the stab wound for a moment. It was bad, and trying to heal it wasn't going to be easy, but she needed to do something.

"Okay. This is going to be a little uncomfortable, but you'll feel better."

I was thinking more getting the body down there. If we wrap it up we can just say we're moving a piece of furniture or something?

Zoey tilted her head, studying her with pain-filled blue eyes. She was unsure what, exactly, the other woman could do, but her instincts told her that she could trust her. And she was losing a lot of blood; something needed to be done. She was willing to take a leap of faith.

She nodded abruptly. Whatever it is you’re going to do... you need to do it. And soon. She was beginning to feel the blood loss intensely.

You may not have the choice here. From what I understand, the beings that populate this place with its kidnap victims aren't in any terrible rush to send people home.
