It's about time for a PPP! What is that, one might ask?

Player Plotting Posts are a good chance for people to plan meetings with other characters, to just get filled in on what's going on with other people in the game, or to figure out player-driven plots with other people.

Respond to this thread with the following information, and be sure to go through and look at other people's posts! Try to respond to one or two characters you haven't had a chance to interact with! It's a great chance for new CR.

Character Name: Randall Flagg Rory Fletcher
Canon: The Dark Tower et. al.

About the Character: Um... god-mod h4x inter-dimensional trans-temporal semi-immortal non-human wizard troll asshole who is at least the right-hand and dragon-in-chief for The Source of All Evil (if he's not busy being The Source of All Evil himself). Right now he's engaged in the multiverse's pettiest battle between Good and Evil as he and Bert annoy each other by turns. Super petty.

What I'm Looking For: Do you need a bad guy? Do you need a villain? Do you need someone who will mess up all your character's everything ever? Do you need someone who can do all this and still maintain a charming facade?

Call me.

(Basically, I'm up for anything. I would love for this guy to cause more serious trouble, stress, and strive if possible, but he still wants to play the game that he's just this trustworthy farmboy.)

Character Name: Diana Abel
Canon: Vampire: The Masquerade
About the Character: Diana's working in a burlesque club. She's trying to reconcile memories from, essentially, three different lives. She also just accidentally broken Ben Braeden's brain a little by revealing to him that she was tortured for six months. Fun! She's a vampire, so she's hard-pressed for food right now. She's also a flake and really enjoys having fun, so she kinda wants to get House and his minions back for the panty raid. Oh, and if you've seen her underwear, she'd like that back.
What I'm Looking For: Absolutely anything. Diana is incredibly affable and kind-hearted. Which, of course, needs to come back to bite her. She also really needs to learn self defense, because she can't throw a punch to save her life. Additionally, she's going to be constantly on the lookout for new food sources. And hey, bonus points! When a vampire of her race bites you, it causes orgasm! Yay!

Canon: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
About the Character: Spike is a vampire with a soul. This means he generally knows the difference between right and wrong, and has a BAD EVIL past but is mostly a good guy. (Whether he's a "decent" guy is sometimes in question). Lately he's been sleeping in Eliot's bed (what?) and like... IDK hanging out. He went on a quest to find Casey!
What I'm Looking For: Spike needs more friends. He needs to be made to get out of his "I don't care" thing. He could also use some drinking buddies, and someone to get him into trouble either with good intentions or just because he's a rebel or whatever. Spike is VERY flexible. I don't mean in bed, but there too. He and I can really take on anything.


Character Name: Tony Stark
Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
About the Character: Tony is a genius playboy billionaire philanthropist superhero. But he's not got his money, his suit, or his other safety nets. He DOES have his girlfriend and all-around life saver, Pepper Potts. Tony is an entitled asshole. He means well. Sort of. Mostly.
What I'm Looking For: Tony hasn't been doing much. What he could do: engineering stuff, learning about Dagazian magic and tech, drinking a LOT, getting into trouble as an impulsive asshole, insulting people, flirting with people, etc. I'd love to play with what he IS without all that stuff that usually defines him. You know. Again. Without a cave in Afghanistan.


Character Name: Sam Winchester
Canon: Supernatural
About the Character: Sam is a young man who's been through too much. Beginning with good intentions, he went a little off the deep end, and then came back around to self-sacrifice. This is where we meet him now. He's just thrown himself into Hell for the good of humanity and shit, and now he's really confused. He's also got latent memories from Bete Noire I need to fish out.
What I'm Looking For: Okay he JUST started. There is a LOT I want to and could do with him. He needs to connect to canonmates. He needs to connect with non-canonmates. He needs to regain his memories (he went back to canon, now he's out, so I'm presuming they'll hit him soon. He needs to deal with his BLOOD/POWER ADDICTION which was 1) a factor in BN and 2) now a thing because he's been drinking demon blood again to get ready to host Lucifer.

The door's wide open, kids.

Character Name: Cordelia Chase
Canon: Angel the Series
About the Character: Cordy a half-demon Seer with not the largest amount of tact. She likes boys, fashion, and compliments. IN other news, Cordy is just getting over some personal drama but, lol, she's from a Joss Whedon show. The drama doesn't rate high on the scale of tragedies, so she's doing okay. Mostly, she's getting herself involved in helping out in the town because helping the helpless is kinda her gig.
What I'm Looking For: CR! She is a social butterfly and while she might not be nice to everyone, she is easy to use for approaching people. Up for being friendsies with anyone or forcing people into makeovers or on less fluffy notes, she gets visions of people in trouble and is kinda BAMF-y with a sword.


Character Name: Pepper Potts
Canon: MCU/Iron Man
About the Character: Pepper Potts is charming, intelligent, organized, and a calm head in a crisis. She is in a relationship with Tony Stark. She's involved in doing some filing and secretarial type work for the City Council.
What I'm Looking For: Okay, would desperately like more CR here. I got super into Cordy headspace for awhile and basically stopped doing all my other characters in both my games. Oops. I would love for her to make some BFFs, maybe start doing some plotting into the city and the Nysgods? She'd be the type to nose around and actually try to figure out how to get home. As a mod, I can't really initiate any metaplot stuff but she can help with nudging other PCs toward pertinent information and do behind-the-scenes stuff to help if anyone wants to try and get home.

About the Character: Brand new to the game, Blaine is a high school student from Ohio. He's a talented singer and isn't entirely sure what he's going to be doing here.
What I'm Looking For: Anything! I like getting Blaine in crazy shenanigans.

Character Name: Chell (waspromisedcake)
Canon: Portal
About the Character: She's socially awkward from a life in stasis and around robots and is still learning about how humans interact. This leads to confusion about social conventions and blunt questions on her part. In Thurisaz, she participates in the fighting ring, and she has no love for the Nysgods.
What I'm Looking For: I'd like to have her make deeper connections with people, which I understand can be challenging when Chell doesn't give you much to work with in terms of dialogue. But I'm hoping what I'm doing with regards to her is still IC, so that's why I've been going slow.

Character Name: Christine Chapel (hypospraying)
Canon: Star Trek XI
About the Character: Head Nurse on the Enterprise, who spent a little over a year in another game, Bete Noire, where her optimism was drained away from physical attacks and traumatic situations, leading her to lose all hope and become a cynic. I sometimes forget to mention it in tags, but she always wears a silk or knitted scarf around her neck to hide a big throat scar she received in Bete Noire. In Thurisaz, she works at the clinic, and is learning about alchemy to produce medicine.
What I'm Looking For: Not sure, really! Her friendships from Bete Noire that came over here are strong, so expanding outward from there would be good. She's not a total Negative Nancy, as the cynicism comment suggests, but she truly believes nothing they do will get them home, and it's out of their hands. Therefore, she's come to terms with making a life here, and will seem more settled than others might.

Character Name: Ruby (thebetterto)
Canon: Once Upon a Time
About the Character: Ruby is the Storybrooke version of Red Riding Hood, who was given fake memories of a new life and didn't age for 28 years due to a curse. With the curse broken, she remembers her former life, but still goes by Ruby. Also, in a neat twist, she's a werewolf. I'm still waiting for more of her werewolf abilities/limitations to be revealed on the show, but she transforms every 28 days (regardless of the fact there's no moon here), has super speed, strength, sense of smell, and hearing. Oh, and she's susceptible to silver weapons. I've been coming up short on what she does in Thurisaz all day, so she's just been hanging around.
What I'm Looking For: I should do a post with her as a wolf, trotting around! She keeps her own Ruby mind now when she transforms, so she's no longer dangerous. Other than that, I dunno. Obviously I canon updated her, so she probably still needs to meet up with people who last knew her as Red.

Character Name: Dean Winchester (AU)
Canon: Supernatural
About the Character: Dean's AU is that he never sold his soul for Sam and Sam came back a demon + 2 years of game canon in betenoire_rp. The pros: Dean's a lot more personable, a little less guilt ridden and generally a friendly individual. The cons: he doesn't know half the people in his canon. Also, he really, really wants to punch Azazel in the face.
What I'm Looking For: Anything! Dean is pretty set on the family front, and he doesn't really make romantic CR easily - he's good with friends with benefits, not so much with actual relationships. However, the poor boy needs all the friends he can get, so please. Toss people at him.

Character Name: Elena Gilbert
Canon: The Vampire Diaries
About the Character: Endlessly forgiving, and compassionate to the point where it's annoying, Elena Gilbert is your typical teenage girl. If your typical teenage girl was constantly surrounded by vampires and the key to breaking a millenia old curse on a vampire-werewolf hybrid.
What I'm Looking For: ANYTHING. Elena is my newest character and she doesn't have the previous CR that Dean does so I'm trying to get her to settle a bit. She is looking for friends, a job, frienemies, mean girl shenanigans, all of that. The only thing I'm not looking for for her right now is romantic CR. She needs to sort her canon shit out regarding that, so all the friends.
