He wasn't sure how he'd gotten here, but Spike was too tired to care whose bedroom he was in. What did it matter anyway? There were like, ten people in each one.

The problem was, there was something noisy in this one, keeping him from sleeping. He threw a pillow at the box, missing, which did little to improve the silence or his mood.

"My kittens!"

Aglais panicked at the kittens mewled and complained loudly, assuming that the pillow must have struck the box. When she had seen the poor dears out in the box outside the candidate house she'd known there was simply no way that she could allow such dear darling animals to come to harm.

The mage stamped her foot and threw the pillow back at him. "You monster!"
