I only broke one vase.

And it was an ugly vase.

It's not a bad thing. Honest. You're protective and make it known not to mess with you when things count.

They got me from a point where I wasn't armed. So I don't have anything beyond what I got in Thuraiz.

Pepper spray and phaser. I guess I could use my purse as a knuckle duster at a push. Gaila made me go to the stupid prom and Diana said I should go with somebody as a friend, but I didn't hawe any friends, so I went with Peter instead and I didn't know him that well back then, so y'know, safety first.

Bonnie did a prom thing to raise funds for the community centre. Last thing I remember was Gaila pushing me onto stage for something. I think I might hawe been spared some great embarrassment.

Yeah, I remember helping her build that. One of the last things I remember there, actually. Huh. Not sure if I should be happy you were getting out, or jealous someone else took you to the prom...

No. It was strictly as a 'bro' thing as I understood it. We went together as mutual support of our social awkwardness. And definitely not a date. There was this jerk who disappeared on me who I was still unfortunately hung up on and dewoted to for some reason.

Yes. Hence why I had to get changed.

Yeah, well those jerks tend to be the ones that are surprisingly loyal and affectionate when you break down their defenses.

I kinda wished I could have seen it on you.

I suppose that's true enough. I guess you were worth the persewerance.

Not a chance. I looked silly.

You got to see me in a proper dress and are getting to see me in a wedding dress. Isn't that enough?

Maybe. We do need to start planning this wedding one day too...

Ai. One day. Maybe tomorrow. Or the day after.

Or just figure out how to elope in this place and be like "okay, guys, we're married now. see you in a week!"

And end up in a swamp somewhere or getting kidnapped.

Think we could get kidnapped to a third world from the second world that took us from the first kidnapping world? That's be an awesome honeymoon.

Probably.

But then getting back to this one might be difficult. There newer seems to be an easy way back.

We can just keep world hopping together for the rest of our lives.
