The man in the simple clean black suit adjusted his hat as he looks around at the little bar he'd found himself in. He's not sure how he got here, but since he is..

A finger is lifted to try and catch a waiter's eye. The voice that accompanied it was accented.]

Uh, Excuse me Sir. I need an order of dry toast, please.

[ That voice, NO FUCKING way. That order...]

[ Dorian leaned up from his seat a bit looking at the man in the suit as his eyes went wide and he pushed his own hat up, NO WAY. ]

[The waiter nodded and walked off. Elwood laced his fingers together and bounced them on his table before picking up his black coffee for a sip. It wasn't Chicago, but it didn't look too bad.

Wasn't a place he'd want a gig at.

A few minutes went by and his order of toast came around.]

[ Dorian slowly stood, fuck whatever conversation he was having. He just quitely moved and sat down beside Elwood, well three seats away. Randomly sneaking peaks.

The gitty joy could barely be contained. He had heard of such thing but NEVER really believed it till now.

Play it cool, Carver, play it cool.]

Otis Redding or Lightin' Hopkins? [ he spoke not looking at Elwood he just spoke the test question to the ceiling. Like pondering what to play the the jukebox. He really should not have sat at the bar. Lacking a reflection and all.]

[Elwood lays his napkin over his knee and takes a bite of his toast, eyes hidden behind his sunglasses moving over the people in the room. The guy with the hat was acknowledged with a glance, he was far enough away that Elwood went back to his toast.

The question paused his half eaten bread on it's way to his mouth.]
