Ohh~ Fluff Meme!

General Fluff Meme
We all need a little love and fun now and then with the rise and fall of drama to remind us why we love/like someone. Kick back, find someone and have a little fun.
1. Lazy Day ♥ Why get up when you can laze around in bed with someone and cuddle?
2. Playground games ♥ Remember that fun you had as a child? That special other person brings it back. Tag or Hide and Seek, whatever playground games you want.
3. Firsts ♥ First kiss, first date, first time someone notices the doe eyes pointed their way?
4. Camping ♥ Spend a sweet night under the stars. Nature isn't very private, but who's out in the woods this late at night to see?
5. In the Rain ♥ Since it's not tears from your cheeks, why not go take a natural shower? Maybe you could talk someone into joining you.
6. Slow Dancing ♥ Nothing like music to sweep the rest of the world away, take a few minutes on the dance floor and shake that stress away.
7. WildCard ♥
H.G. Wells

The rain was relaxing.

"I see you are enjoying yourself," she spoke as she approached him, shifting the umbrella enough so she could see him but still remain mostly dry.
no subject
"Come Helena~ Dance with me. It is fun, you can enjoy yourself too!"
no subject
"Dancing in the rain. I do not think I have done that since I was a child. So what dance do you propose we share?"
no subject
"I find life is easier when the lines blur. Come! A tango! The rain demands it." Maybe he just wanted a warm form against him.
no subject
"A tango, oh you are quite the passionate one today," she quipped with a warm smile. "I would be honored to have this dance with you." And with that, she abandons her umbrella, exposing herself to the rain fully as she steps close to him and extends her hand for him to take.
no subject
"I do have my days." For a man in a 15 year dry spell, he figured that a few passionate dances didn't hurt. "Besides, do we not deserve a bit of fun?" he spoke as he took her hand and closed the space to take their stance. since they had no music, he hummed it.
no subject
Helena smiled charmingly. "You most certainly do. And agreed, we do deserve to have a bit of fun." She took her stance, eyes focused on Dorian's. As he started humming, she began to move in perfect time with the music. While it had been over a century since she'd last danced a tango, or really danced at all, she still remembered the steps of the dance.

He moved in perfect steps with her, He was clearly no stranger to this dance. Dances used to irritate him as he had mostly been arm candy and a dance partner for over a century and a half before he put his foot down. It was when Disco became popular that he started to miss the balls and masquerades of old and would start to dance around the kitchen with Alexis to keep himself happy and grounded. Now it was a past time and not forced.
He looked at her with a curiously focused look as he hummed and moved with her, finally he dipped he back. Looking down into her eyes, just for a moment.

To hell with the tea that HG was holding. Devi walked over and gracefully removed the cup from her hands to set it on it's saucer, (and not a drop spilt), replacing the void with her own ink-stained hands, lightly tugging. The smile that Devi wore was light and warm.]
Up, come on, come play.
no subject
Though she hadn't even sipped it yet when Devi took the cup from her hand. Helena's mouth fell open in protest. Though she didn't quite have time to protect before Devi's hands were in her own and pulling at her to follow. Her mouth closed and a bit of a smirk crossed her face.]
Someone's certainly playful.
[She stood up, allowing Devi to lead her.]
no subject
Playful is good for rain. Specifically. Plus, it won't last long and when the dirt curls you can come crunch it with me.
[Her nose crinkled happily in anticipation as her hair started matting down, the drops of rain rolling off to start wetting the ribbed tanktop she wore.]
no subject
I must say, it is rather enjoyable to crunch the dirt.
[She smiled warmly as her always inexplicably shiny hair was given more sheen as the rain was matting her hair, and begin to dampen the white shirt she wore.]
no subject
But better still to dance.
[Devi's grin widened and her eyebrows rose and fell as if to say watch out. There was a small displacement of air as she tapped into her ki. In mid dance step, Devi lifted off and kept rhythm. They were no more then a half foot off the ground so that if HG flipped out, there wouldn't be far to fall. Assuming she trusts Devi enough, the Girl with lead her into a dance into the sky.]
no subject
Now that I can most certainly agree with.
[At first, Helena didn't realize they weren't dancing on the ground any longer. It was just a chance glance that Helena noticed they weren't on the ground any longer. She blinked, then looked back at Devi. That was a bit unexpected, she had to say though she wasn't afraid by any means. In fact, her eyebrows rose in intrigue.]
I see you have some plans. Dancing to the stars?
[What can she say, she has big dreams.]
no subject
[The first words were laughed out as Devi spiraled them up, adding a soft humming as they went, only pausing it to speak again. They'd climbed a few feet and each step lead them closer to the distant horizon. Devi's shirt clung to her frame now, showing the curve of hip that was usually hidden under something and the water that was blinked off her lashes didn't see to bother her a bit.]
If we danced on the ground, (that'd be boring) [leaned in and spoken like a secret] and we'd mess up all the lovely plates that are going to form. Plus, I think the view is much better up here.
[Devi didn't get to showboat often, she'd take the chance where she could.]
no subject
[She laughed brightly. She trusted Devi wasn't going to drop her or that she'd suddenly fall to her death or grievous injury. And, of course, Helena did notice the way Devi's shirt was clinging to her body. Helena's own shirt was in the same state as well as several strands of her long dark hair getting plastered to her neck and cheeks.]
That is most certainly true. I do enjoy keeping things interesting. And I always enjoy a beautiful view.
[The words alone could be taken as speaking about the ground below or about Devi or both. She enjoyed making such statements and seeing how others interpreted them. Though there was a hint of flirtation to the smile on her face. She rarely passed up such an opportunity.]
no subject
Devi didn't bother to hide or look apologetic with the glance at Helena's shirt and with the rise of her eyes also came the rise of a crooked wide grin.]
What do you call a raining beauty?

Or the fact she feels like she's six even though she recalls being seventeen very clearly.
"This isn't fair. I can't even drink coffee! They won't let me. In case it messes up my height when I go back to normal. That's... that's silly."
no subject
"Erin?" She questioned as she turned to fully face the girl and moved closer to her.
no subject
She looks up with a very wide child-like expression. She hadn't expected someone to respond. She nods her head very slowly. "Yeah. I'm not sure what I should be doing now."
no subject
"What do you want to do?" Helena wasn't the type to sit and dictate what a child should and should not do, at least not without hearing what they wanted to do first.
no subject
"At least until I learned to bake."
But she doesn't really bake anymore. "I don't like sweets too much anymore and all of the sudden I really wanted this. I guess maybe because I can't have coffee."
no subject
"Well we cannot simply have you sitting there being unhappy. There must be something to do. Do you like games at all, such as cards or things of that nature?" She was definitely more than willing to spend time with Erin. Though it was a bit odd because Erin wasn't talking like a normal six year old, so Helena wasn't going to treat her as one.
