Honestly, the castle wasn't half-bad. Quaint, perhaps. Certainly nothing to compare with the estate she'd left behind in the Enchanted Forest.

But then this wasn't the Enchanted Forest was it? No, this land had a different feel. It was...wrong, somehow. The magic here shifted and slipped together, mixing in ways it shouldn't and leaving her feeling uneasy. Well. It made no difference to her so long as she could find her way out of the meadow and back to Storybrooke, of course, but she was without means of travel. No magical hat to steal, no pixie dust, not so much as a magic bean.

Not yet, at least. Perhaps the residents of this humble castle might have some means of returning her home. They might even have the sense to turn it over to her without a fuss.

Head held high, as though she weren't intent on essentially begging for a ride home again, Regina made her way towards the looming stone structure.
