That said, the ones here are all right. Mostly. Draco still does his best to ignore the fact that they all feed off people / blood, as is generally evidenced in his interactions with them, but he's trying to get over it. Slowly but surely. He likes Dorian better than most, and then Matt is next up. The others, he generally doesn't like on principle; they all sort of start lower on the scale of 'Do Not Trust'.
And of course, he will never ever admit a word of this.
"The day I finally accepted Muggles as proper people."
It's more likely the day that he finally started thinking for himself and made that realisation on his own while watching them get tortured in his house. The day that he denied knowing Harry Potter upon the Golden Trio's capture and arrival to Malfoy Manor is pretty close, though. He just doesn't deal with that kind of thing well, and can't properly respond to it.
1. She really only knows like four people so far, so if we're just going straight up cute as opposed to finding someone attractive, she'd say Lydia.
2. Sundresses with little metallic purses as accessories. The popular girls at school all dress like this. When her cousin used magic to compel them to be nice to her, they bought her a metallic purse for her birthday. She thanked them and when they weren't looking she threw it into a bonfire. :3
Oh, he's still definitely a snob. But he's grown a lot, and I'm super proud of him. Hell, some of his best friends actually are Muggles now, and though he sort of wonders how much hell he'd catch for that back home, he finds that it's not that different from befriending wizards.
If he could have Amanda here, completely healthy, but in return he was never allowed to return to Destiny and continue his work, which would he choose?
He is a hard headed go getter. When he gets an idea he runs with it until it's done. Dorian respects that. He also sees Draco's a bit sensitive and that makes him feel bad for him, because he knows the pain of being sensitive.
He also reminds Dorian looks wise, of what he suspected his son might have looked like if he had grown to adulthood, so he is oddly protective while keeping a distance.
