SO we are using the same rules as last year! In bullet points now because I'm more organized.

-Anyone in the rp can sign up! One per player, this is an OOC not IC secret Santa.

-$5ish limit, with an emphasis on making free things. Fanmixes, icons, layouts, drabbles. Try to keep it around $5 worth of things as far as you can judge, no "I made you one icon!" secret santas. Remember, not everyone will even want things sent to them in the mail, and some may live outside the US, so keep S&H in mind.

- The present doesn't need to be RP related. If you know they love Lady Gaga or classic monster movies or historical romances, go nuts! I highly recommend checking their personal journals if they have ones listed. If in doubt, you can also quiz them here, anon.

-When you comment, please add any limits you have to presents you can receive (Don't want to give out your address, can't download music on to your computer, etc)

So if you're interested comment here! You have till December 8th to comment, so I can get the secret Santa's out to people, so they can go out and create! Once the secret Santa's go out, I will have further instructions for how to get addresses exchanged anonmously, etc.

Reveal will be right before Christmas, however, no need to celebrate Christmas to participate, just a want to have a little fun.

Oh my, Santanon. Hopefully I can give you some useful ideas.

I've never been able to fill all 100 icon slots for Eliot, because I haven't been able to find enough good/useable icons of Cumberbatch where he isn't Sherlock and has the right Eliot-ish look. Also, slogging through stock icon journals for other relevant images can be a chore. I'd be tickled pink if I could have more:

-Non-Sherlock icons of Benedict Cumberbatch
or
-Stock icons of fantasy-style castles, dudes doing magic, fancy booze, and/or not-overly-explicit gay sexytimes (like these).

IF icon making isn't your cup of tea, however, that's totally understandable. I love fics and fanart and fanmixes, too. Here's a few of my fandoms other than The Magicians:

-Doctor Who (ships: Eleven/Jack Harkness, Eleven/River Song)
-Sherlock (ships: Sherlock/Irene, Sherlock/Molly)
-Cabin Pressure (no ships, I just enjoy the shenanigans)
-Elementary (also no ships, but hooray Joan/Sherlock friendship)

Sooo...ho ho ho Santanon is...breaking anon. Hi--I guess by now you know it's me. I'm breaking anon mostly to say, agony, I'm having the same trouble as you. Cheekbones up there is one tough guy to find. But I am digging! I am digging! And I am determined to help fill those empty and lonely icon slots. If with nothing else, then with dudes doing magic (I can do that, probably).

It just might be that Santanon delivers nearer on to New Year's than Christmas, obviously.
