Ahem... If you notice my application, you'll note that I do not mention Uhura... at all. :p I'm a huge Star Trek fan, and have been since forever. When the new movie came out, I was pissed at the relationship that they just put in there. I'll stop now before I go on to rant.
I don't like to think of myself as a huge shipper, however, there are some relationships that make sense... like Kirk and Spock. :P So I'm hoping that if that relationship happens in this community, that people won't... um... disapprove too much. hehe

Well I can't speak for others, but this is a relationship friendly game, so I don't see why anyone would disapprove! As for me, Kirk and Spock is platonic love in my eyes, but I have no issues if it happens another way here. Their relationship is so deep it can easily more into another direction, I feel.

Anyway, that's my little bit of analysis for you, lol. :D
