It's about time for a PPP! What is that, one might ask?

Player Plotting Posts are a good chance for people to plan meetings with other characters, to just get filled in on what's going on with other people in the game, or to figure out player-driven plots with other people.

Respond to this thread with the following information, and be sure to go through and look at other people's posts! Try to respond to one or two characters you haven't had a chance to interact with! It's a great chance for new CR.

Remember, the mirror plot is happening now and the gala is coming up. Use this spot to help organize yourself for those events!

Character Name: Elena Gilbert
Canon: The Vampire Diaries
About the Character: Elena Gilbert is currently a paranoid mess. Ever since the reveal that the Nysgods are telepathic + grand prophecy has sent her into a super paranoid "they have me here because I'm the doppelganger" mode.

For those of you who don't know the canon, in TVD when super powerful spells with blood magic are performed, a doppelganger line is created to help maintain/undo the spell as needed. This means while Elena may have no physical prowess on her own, her blood is very powerful, and she's lost her agency several times over because of it, and she's personally sick of it. So she's been in hiding.

This does not make for easy CR getting, but I'm hoping that the mirror plot will kick her out of this and get her back out into the world because ... she's going to have to fix the mess vamp!Elena is going to make of her CR.
What I'm Looking For: That being said, I'm not opposed to her being a doppelganger being used as a plot point, so if you're interested in futzing around with it, let me know. I want to give her more reasons to fight for herself, as she doesn't get very many opportunities to do that on the show. (/shakes fist at Julie Plec) As for upcoming things --

MIRROR PLOT: Meet vampire!Elena. She would like to eat you all. It's very unlikely that she will actually try to kill anyone unless you seriously piss her off (she prefers the snatch, eat, erase method) but feeding and compelling are definitely on the table. If you're interested in bumping into her, please let me know what you're comfortable with. ALSO if you want to figure out what her CR is like with your character's mirror on the other side, come sort it out with me.

GALA: She will be going! What she will do there, I don't know, come help me figure it out.

Character Name: Dean Winchester (AU)
Canon: Supernatural
About the Character: This Dean never sold his soul for Sam. His Sam is a demon. However, he also has two years in Bete Noire, so he is somewhat aware of canon!him's grand destiny. He doesn't want to talk about it.
What I'm Looking For: Beyond that, he's mostly been trying to sort through his metaplot stuff. Dean will not be mirrored, however, if the people who are going to the other side want to thread with mirror!him, he's a bit of a serial killer. Blanket warning right there.

GALA: Dean is going because he's the psuedo-father of the groom. Apparently people are going to be trying to make him dance. I hope they realize this will not end well.

Chell is guessing Elena is one of these "normal" teenage girls. Thus, she wants Elena to teach her how normal people act at parties. She's been to a few already, but mostly she just drinks a lot. :3

Dean will look decent dancing with Christine. She can make a dancer out of anybody! And if he's lucky, she might just invite him back to her room at the end of the evening. ;)

Elena would be happy to help her out (though the drinking is a big part of it, so she's already a step in the right direction).

Dean doesn't know what this dance magic is, but he'll give it his best try. And oh my, Nurse Chapel. ;)

Obi-Wan has been helping to train Jeremy in self-defence. Perhaps something can come of this, CR-wise, with Elena?

It's more that Obi-Wan believes they should be focusing on form and technique - especially in a non-Force-user - and Diana wants to work on instinct and reflex.

Ahhh. Elena knows nothing of this, and she trusts Diana, but she wants Jeremy to be safe. She doesn't thin either is a bad thing though.
