ACTIVITY CHECK - JULY

Hey, everyone!

Time for our monthly activity check. It's simple: Just comment here and link us to proof that your character was active during the month of July. If this is a good place for you to round up all your monthly activity for your own benefit, feel free to do so. The mods don't need to see everything you've done, though, so one or two places of moderate activity should be fine.

We leave the definition of "active" up to you, you're all smart people. Activity can include network or log posts. Activity during the week of AC can count toward AC for either this month or next month, but not both. If we DO have any questions or argue with your definition of active, we'll discuss the situation with you. Don't worry, we aren't strict, we just want to make sure no one is squatting :)

If you have apped in the last two weeks, don't worry about this, but just leave a note here so we know you saw this. Likewise, anyone on hiatus is exempt, as long as you have a hiatus post.

Everyone has one week to respond to this (August 9th).

44. [log] Vector finds a beautiful garden in a room at the temple - delighted to bump into Ming.

DAY 153

45. [log] Vector comes across a girl in the halls that he discovers has a lot in common with him.

DAY158

46. [log] Early in the morning, Vector is in the common room after a patrol, when a young girl runs in, not realizing it is a transformed Seth.

DAY 160

In the morning a slip of parchment is slipped under candidate room doors and posted at various walls in the temple. The mockery of a fairy tale causes an uproar among the candidates. Not long after, a voice message of apology is announced over the network from a Nysgod named Uri the Head Carver of the land of Niflheim.

47. [network] Ming makes a suggestion about the candidates organizing a day of fun and festivities for a much needed distraction. Vector volunteers to help her in any way that he can.

9. [log] Haralel comes across Narcissa practicing magic.

10. [log] While relaxing in the library, Haralel is caught by surprise by The Creature.

House discourages Selene from socializing, encourages Mary to get naked, and bitches about the fact the Nysgod can't keep a secret.

The Creature has been a busy bee, and making a mess.

Elena was a busy busy bee in July.

On Day 154, Jeremy resurfaced from the hedge maze and Elena was very happy to see him. She also met Kurt as in Blaine's Kurt, and proceeded to be very nosy in his general direction.

Day 156 rolled around and Elena ran into Xeno in the library. Quite literally, actually. They got along well though and talked about books which is always fun. She also got in touch with a few people regarding various things including etymology, Matt being gone and possibly decompelling her brother.

On Day 157, she made sure Chell was okay after finding herself in the lake. For Day 158, she met Spock for the first time when things started going screwy with the candidates. Somewhere in between she went on a trip to Candyland.

The Nysgods did a bad, bad thing on Day 160, and Elena got really, really mad about it. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to do but it's one of the few things she can do so she did.

On Day 161 Blaine and Elena discussed the merits of a boyfriend pillow. She also ran into Angel in the library and questioned Jane on her skepticism of magic.

Day 162 brought quiet chats with Bert, Glinda coming and going, and putting her high school French to use. We'll see how well that last one goes.

When things went haywire on Day 158, Dean woke up to a redheaded Christine, found out Diana had demon eyes, and mocked Angel for being a puppet. Some of these encounters were better than others. It isn't until Day 159 that he got a real treat in the form of Ben with boobs.

When the Nysgods did their bad, bad thing on Day 160, Dean felt it was his civic duty to hassle House about having been a cheerleader. He also told Flagg that he had too much time on his hands. Jeremy Gilbert contacted him later to figure out how missing candidates worked.

On Day 162, Dean had sit downs with both Bert and Ben. Only one of those gatherings had beer.

Aileen: Giving Garmay a little feminine advice, talking to Rose, talking to Bert... shooting stuff, Manleen chats it up with Cordy, a wild open log appeared! And a wild closed log... And another wild closed log.

Seth: I... did not do so hot with her this month. She was on this combined log, and spoke with Ming about the festival they want to plan. I've been backthreading things from late June as well, and I also have another reply I need to get to for Kurt here.

Note- I did take a quick hiatus starting the 1st, but I don't think it really affects this...?
