A very confused looking Cardassian is staring up at the stars, a perplexed expression on his face as he tries vainly to remember who he is or how he got there. Something about the stars seems to call to him with nagging familiarity, but he ruthlessly suppresses such frivolous thoughts as he approaches the nearby woman.

With a polite tap on her shoulder and an almost reflexive head bow, he quickly takes in her appearance before speaking.

"Excuse me, miss? Can you tell me what is going on?"

Elle turns a little too quickly at the tap, tensing instinctively before she can catch herself. Her alarm transforms smoothly into a smile, for what it's worth, but he startled her. She's not dressed for a fight in her yellow gambler's dress and pre-war hat, so it takes her a moment longer than it normally would have to recover from her brief scare.

"Huh?" Wow, good one. "Oh, I'm sorry. Uh -- What specifically do you mean?"
