Quick Mod Fact-Finding Mission

Hello, players!

The mods are preparing for some upcoming metaplot shenanigans. However, we'd like to get a sense of some numbers. Don't worry if this seems mysterious, all will become clear in time. We'd just like all players to take a quick second to answer the following question:

Does your character ever sleep with their earpiece in?

There are three subthreads in this post. We ask that you reply for each of your characters with their individual journals, please. We're simply trying to get a sense of numbers right now. You can, of course, change your mind if the metaplot arises and you decide you'd rather be in a different group.

My character would absolutely never sleep with their earpiece.

He's pre-Clone Wars and I think he would find it distracting. When he's going to sleep he connects to the Force.

Nope. She de-electronics herself before going to bed, so she would be without when she sleeps.

Glinda only wears it when she has to.

House thinks you're all annoying enough when he's awake. He doesn't want you invading his sleep ;p

I think Blaine only would if he fell asleep while working on something, but otherwise he has a very thorough night time routine. I don't really see him having an issue of sleeping with it in here because it's not like he has homework here.

Doyle always takes it out at night for fear of subliminal messages. If he forgets a time or two it means he passed out before he could and would be little use to anyone calling anyway.

Since Pasha has hers in, Ben figures that anything he needs to know, she'll tell him. So his is on the nightstand next to the bed. He also points out that he takes it out for showering and sex. Just because he knows those things like to accidentally turn on and you bastards aren't going to get those moments from him.

Only has it in while asleep when he falls asleep without remembering to take it out, which is very rare.

Haralel Sedai - being from a world that doesn't have technology - wouldn't have it in her ear when resting. She also uses flows of spirit (which is the only thing she can channel when sleeping) to put protective wards around her mind and dreams - so nothing can seep out or in her mind when vulnerable.

It's hard enough for her to get in the routine to put the earpiece in when she gets up! She does though - she tries to think of it as an odd piece of jewelery. She also doesn't like the thought of missing out on anything in case something happens.

Unless he got drunk and forgot to take it out at some point... But no, Spike is unlikely to sleep with it in.

Mary wouldn't unless something knocked her out and she was unable to take it our or she was just too gosh darn exhausted to care (which here isn't very likely so far).
