Shipping Meme

Welcome to the ToS Shipping Meme! The rules are simple.
1. Post your character/preferences.
2. Reply to other characters with one of the following scenarios
3. Ship it!
Remember, this is just a fun meme so you can ship things that would NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY in game. Yay for no in-character consequences to bad decisions.
SCENARIOS
1. Stupid Cupid Your characters stumble upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Berkano, which is the rune of love and new beginnings. Think Midsummer Night's Dream. Your characters may be close friends, strangers, or sworn enemies. Whatever the case is, they are now suddenly and inexplicably in complete and total love. They may or may not be aware that this makes no sense, but they can't help themselves.
2. Some Like It Hot Forget love and new beginnings. Your characters have ACTUALLY stumbled upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Kenaz, the rune of fire, passion, and sex. There's no stopping you, even if you tried. Luckily, the room is prepared for that, and comes equipped with a bed. Whether or not you guys make it that far across the room is another question.
3. I Can Hear The Bells Your characters are getting married. Maybe it's true love, maybe it's to get out of marrying Tristan, maybe you're being forced into it and this ship is a little dub-con, or maybe it's because you accidentally participated in some Nysgod ritual and weren't aware of its implications. Either way, the wedding is about to happen or just has. How do you feel about that?
4. I Don't Want To Go Your character has been determined to NOT be the one for Tristan. Whether or not they like it, they're being sent home. Do they choose to spend it with a close friend, with the one they love? Or maybe, do they decide to finally tell that person they've always had a crush on just how they feel? You only have one night left, what you do with it is up to you.
5. The First Time Your characters are interested in each other and it's time to do something about it. Either the first date, the first kiss, the first I love you....or some other significant first. Whatever it is, it's definitely time to take that step. So who's going to take the initiative?
6. The Morning After Your characters definitely went at it. Maybe it's the first time, maybe they're cheating on someone, maybe it was out of anger. Whatever the case, for some reason, it was significant and you're going to have to talk about it. Good morning, Starshine! The earth says it's time for some cuddling and/or awkward conversation.
7. Potpourri Have another idea? Pregnancy, proposal, accidental body contact, trapped together, caught in the rain, hurt/comfort, etc? Go for it! Make your own scenarios up and run with them.
NOTE: Feel free to throw any mirrors into play if you're interested!

Maybe..maybe you should stop drinking Cordy. You're.. [He struggles for the word that would describe her without offending her.] a force.
[Sounds safe enough. He glances at her quickly before gathering the sheet around his waist, leaving her the blanket and shuffling off the bed to get something more appropriate to cover himself. They were going to have to talk and being naked was a major distraction.]
no subject
[Okay, yes, it's totally her fault, but she's not about to admit that to anyone.
At least she notices the nudity situation, lifting the blanket to cover her chest and give him a bit of a stink eye as he walks away.]
And is that seriously the first thing you can think of to say? Good morning, Cordy. You should stop drinking.
God, at least offer a girl some cab fare.
no subject
Good morning Cordelia, you're beautiful when you first wake up.
[It's true, of course, and the best she'll get of him fixing his blunder this early.]
no subject
[She seems a little bit less miffed as she takes the robe from him. He doesn't seem evil. He's not trying to get to round two or anything, apparently and speaking of which-
Why isn't he trying to get to round two?]
Was it bad or something?
I've seen you look more enthusiastic about getting your literal broadsword polished.
no subject
No, it was good. [This is Cordelia Chase after all, maybe she'd get offended.] Great. It was.. [Really, how do you adequately gauge someone on that and not sound like a jackass saying it was good. He'll just brush past that and answer her statement.]
I figured you'd be less pleased at waking up in my bed. You know. With Bert and all.
no subject
[Right. Bert. Cordelia isn't sure quite how to respond to that. She'd been hoping to avoid this talk, or at least skirt around it until she had to wrap her mind around all of this.
Too late now.]
And you're not evil? [Her gaze a bit suspicious now, she begins slipping into the rob without standing up. Have a flash of some Cordy!breasts, Angel, because there's no way to avoid that without turning around.
And she's too stubborn for that.]
no subject
[
mm cordy!breastsAngel's tired of being awkward. He'll get to the point.]Did.. did this mean anything to you?
[Or was he just alcohol induced lust.]
no subject
A moment later, she sighs.]
Of course it meant something, Angel. You know what it was like at home, I've told you before.
I was in love with you.
no subject
Can we keep it between us? [It could stay here, a moment stolen from time and preserved by silence.]
no subject
I didn't mean--
[And Cordelia sighs again. She pats the spot beside her on the bed.]
Come on, sit down. I feel like I'm talking to my principal right now, and my principals were all pretty crazy.
no subject
It's ok. You got pulled here and you've found someone who makes you happy. [He looks back down, his fingers lacing together between his knees.]
You adapted.
no subject
But only for a moment. Then, with an exhale, Cordy reaches over to slip her hand into his. She gives his fingers a small squeeze.]
You're an idiot. You know that?
no subject
It's been a while since you've told me.
[Because she's who keeps him in line, as much as anyone can, anyway.]
no subject
[She looks at their hands, somewhat of a smile tugging at her lips. Go figure. Another time, another place, and they're finally having the talk she so wanted to have on the bluffs.]
I'm in love with you. Have been for awhile now.
You saved me from a lot of things. Poverty, mediocrity, and definitely plenty of things that go bump in the night. But mostly, you saved me from myself.
I don't know what I'd be if I hadn't bumped into you that day at the party, Angel.
no subject
Then we saved each other.
[He looks back up at her now, hoping that she understands what that statement really means.]
But just because you chose him doesn't mean that you're loosing me. I'm still here..
Where else would I go?
no subject
[Her thumb presses against his palm, rubbing a small circle there.]
Maybe, whatever happened--or happens--in this room doesn't have to leave this room?
no subject
I won't say anything if you won't.
[That way it doesn't upset her life. And Angel won't have to deal with a very pissed Gunslinger at his door.]
no subject
And then, a tender hand presses to his cheek as Cordelia draws the vampire down into a kiss.]
no subject
no subject
Cordelia groans, against Angel's mouth, and leans back against the bed, drawing him along.]
no subject
Are you sure?
no subject
Idiot.
[Fondly spoken, of course, and accompanied by a little smile before she draws him down into another kiss.]
no subject
You know I always thought you were beautiful.
