Welcome to the ToS Shipping Meme! The rules are simple.

Remember, this is just a fun meme so you can ship things that would NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY in game. Yay for no in-character consequences to bad decisions.

SCENARIOS
1. Stupid Cupid Your characters stumble upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Berkano, which is the rune of love and new beginnings. Think Midsummer Night's Dream. Your characters may be close friends, strangers, or sworn enemies. Whatever the case is, they are now suddenly and inexplicably in complete and total love. They may or may not be aware that this makes no sense, but they can't help themselves.

2. Some Like It Hot Forget love and new beginnings. Your characters have ACTUALLY stumbled upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Kenaz, the rune of fire, passion, and sex. There's no stopping you, even if you tried. Luckily, the room is prepared for that, and comes equipped with a bed. Whether or not you guys make it that far across the room is another question.

3. I Can Hear The Bells Your characters are getting married. Maybe it's true love, maybe it's to get out of marrying Tristan, maybe you're being forced into it and this ship is a little dub-con, or maybe it's because you accidentally participated in some Nysgod ritual and weren't aware of its implications. Either way, the wedding is about to happen or just has. How do you feel about that?

4. I Don't Want To Go Your character has been determined to NOT be the one for Tristan. Whether or not they like it, they're being sent home. Do they choose to spend it with a close friend, with the one they love? Or maybe, do they decide to finally tell that person they've always had a crush on just how they feel? You only have one night left, what you do with it is up to you.

5. The First Time Your characters are interested in each other and it's time to do something about it. Either the first date, the first kiss, the first I love you....or some other significant first. Whatever it is, it's definitely time to take that step. So who's going to take the initiative?

6. The Morning After Your characters definitely went at it. Maybe it's the first time, maybe they're cheating on someone, maybe it was out of anger. Whatever the case, for some reason, it was significant and you're going to have to talk about it. Good morning, Starshine! The earth says it's time for some cuddling and/or awkward conversation.

7. Potpourri Have another idea? Pregnancy, proposal, accidental body contact, trapped together, caught in the rain, hurt/comfort, etc? Go for it! Make your own scenarios up and run with them.

7 - teasing

It was a well known fact that Gaila liked to walk around wearing next to nothing at the best of times. Even then that was only ever normally when people complained enough that she was forced to put them on to keep them quiet. She was also an incredibly tactile person, a common trait of her species, and was forever hugging and brushing people. It was as if she didn't even notice the effect she had on other people sometimes.

She did of course, but there was a carefully perfected art to her act of pretending not to be aware.

"Watch out." Was the only warning that Rush would get before getting a faceful of ample green cleavage in his face as he was all but straddled as Gaila attempted to reach a book from the bookcase behind his couch. It was plain daylight and any one of the other candidates could have come wandering in and seen them in what was rather less than a virtuous pose. Her skirt, if the strip of fabric could be awarded that name rode high up on her thighs and the v cut in her vest was so deep that it was more than easy to see her bra.

Dorian had been listening to Devi speak for awhile about Twisted, about her art and their normal topics as he had realized he was mostly watching her mouth move. His mind reaching back to the dirtiest parts thinking of other things that mouth might be able to do.

It was horrible, he had RULES, rules to stop these kinds of things from destorying his friendships yet. He moved forward while she spoke without a tought tangling his hand in his hair and yanking her forward with all of his strength to crash their lips together for a desperate loving kiss.

Most of the night before had been a blur Dorian couldn't quite recall how he got from point A to point B. Though waking up in a bed he knew was not his, mostly because it was warm. Was strange enough to him. He rubbed at his eyes as he woke slowly. When he slept he was like a corpse, no breath, no heart beat but he rarely woke warm so he rolled to his side, to look beside him before it hit him that he was not asleep in his boxers per normal. He was completely undressed.

Dorian knocked upon Chells door, he had at first thought of just taking her to play the drums once more. Instead, tonight he brought with him a lovely set of flowers. Something told him she had never been given flowers before and every woman deserved to get flowers at least once. And to be told their beautiful. He may not be the most suave man in the temple but he was a sweet heart when his nerves were not on end.

The first time that Sulu saw the stranger was in passing. She had to stop and do a double take. It was just plain unfair that someone had to go and be that handsome here. The odds were that he wasn't from anything close to her universe. She shook her head and went along without bothering to get his name.

The first time that she ran into him was the library. Literally, ran into, her book fell from her hands and everything. The nervous laugh she used to cover her sudden blush earned more than a few frowns from the other patrons. "Sorry." That time she fled without asking his name on purpose.

The first time she realized that he wasn't going to just go away was in a garden. He was standing there in her favorite spot and Sulu thought about just pushing him into the water fountain, he looked smug. Then again, that could just have been the beard.

7 - caught in the rain

It was coming down heavily, almost as if the temple might somehow flood from the sheer amount of water. The vampire was standing out in his favorite place, the gardens. He had a hand lifted up towards the sky watching the water roll down his arm. The light blue teeshirt he was wearing was all but soaked much like his jeans but he didn't care.

This kind of water didn't trigger his fear unless puddles got too deep which for now he didn't pay any mind too. His eyes were to the sky and he was loving the feel of the warm rain on him.

The first sensations that crept through Bert's mind were perfectly normal ones. The warm, comfortable bed of Othala underneath him. The languid feeling that came in the morning after a vigorous night of activity - lovemaking, he assumed. There was a dull little twinge in his hips. The slight throbbing that told him he'd drank more than intended. A warm, naked body beside his own that he lazily curled against, fighting off the persistent fingers of wakefulness that prodded at him. Once he gave in, he'd have to start the day. And damn but his days were busy things now.

He was dimly aware that the bare back he was currently fitted up against didn't feel quite right. Cordy was built, say true, but she felt like a cord of wood! And had she always been this tall?

Dorian was watching Some from where he was hiding behind a tree, his green eyes peering around each time to catch a glimpse at the other. It was strange had never seen him before and yet... and yet he couldn't take his eyes of him. There was something about the other that called to the vampire and made him feel like the shy creature he had been in his human days.

She had wandered into the room simply by chance, but the heaviness in the air made her pause and stay. She stared at the rune, transfixed by its beauty, but the power it seemed to possess. When she heard someone enter behind her, her meditation was broken. There had been no strength in it to begin with. A simple curiosity that she had learned in regards to this strange place.

As soon as her eyes alighted upon the figure, Reinette found her heart beating more rapidly. He was not handsome or even breathtaking. By many, he would be a monster, a beast. Yet, she knew at once that she loved him with every ounce of passion in her soul. This creature was the love of her life, displacing one other man that she had carried so long. That love now was a game, a child's fantasy compared to what she felt for this man.

She moved towards him slowly, reaching out to cup his cheek with her hand. "My love." She whispered to him.

7 - who's a daddy?

[Who had the Doctor pegged as the fretful father-to-be type? Honestly, anyone who didn't probably wasn't paying enough attention. Halfway through the pregnancy, Bonnie was already sick and tired of all the tests, insisting that whatever the Doctor was doing was likely to mess the baby up more than any natural complications.

On the other hand, he wasn't without his reasons. A human/Time Lord hybrid is all but unheard of in the history of... well, everything. It's going to be a struggle getting him to refrain from too much testing once they all settle down as a family.

But that's for later. As in, sometime after this moment. As in, when all the tension has passed and yes, the baby is healthy and yes, she's a girl, the last thing on his mind is biology.

Unless it's Bonnie's. The staff is taking the child away to clean it, wrap it in a blanket, all that standard hospital stuff. The Doctor lets out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding and gives Bonnie's hand one more squeeze (her own grip was like a vice earlier, but he's hearty, he can take it). His other hand rests on her head, his thumb brushing across her brow. She's all right, isn't she?]
