Welcome to the ToS Shipping Meme! The rules are simple.

1. Post your character/preferences.
2. Reply to other characters with one of the following scenarios

Remember, this is just a fun meme so you can ship things that would NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY in game. Yay for no in-character consequences to bad decisions.

SCENARIOS
1. Stupid Cupid Your characters stumble upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Berkano, which is the rune of love and new beginnings. Think Midsummer Night's Dream. Your characters may be close friends, strangers, or sworn enemies. Whatever the case is, they are now suddenly and inexplicably in complete and total love. They may or may not be aware that this makes no sense, but they can't help themselves.

2. Some Like It Hot Forget love and new beginnings. Your characters have ACTUALLY stumbled upon a room in the temple that is dedicated to Kenaz, the rune of fire, passion, and sex. There's no stopping you, even if you tried. Luckily, the room is prepared for that, and comes equipped with a bed. Whether or not you guys make it that far across the room is another question.

3. I Can Hear The Bells Your characters are getting married. Maybe it's true love, maybe it's to get out of marrying Tristan, maybe you're being forced into it and this ship is a little dub-con, or maybe it's because you accidentally participated in some Nysgod ritual and weren't aware of its implications. Either way, the wedding is about to happen or just has. How do you feel about that?

4. I Don't Want To Go Your character has been determined to NOT be the one for Tristan. Whether or not they like it, they're being sent home. Do they choose to spend it with a close friend, with the one they love? Or maybe, do they decide to finally tell that person they've always had a crush on just how they feel? You only have one night left, what you do with it is up to you.

5. The First Time Your characters are interested in each other and it's time to do something about it. Either the first date, the first kiss, the first I love you....or some other significant first. Whatever it is, it's definitely time to take that step. So who's going to take the initiative?

6. The Morning After Your characters definitely went at it. Maybe it's the first time, maybe they're cheating on someone, maybe it was out of anger. Whatever the case, for some reason, it was significant and you're going to have to talk about it. Good morning, Starshine! The earth says it's time for some cuddling and/or awkward conversation.

7. Potpourri Have another idea? Pregnancy, proposal, accidental body contact, trapped together, caught in the rain, hurt/comfort, etc? Go for it! Make your own scenarios up and run with them.

Kurt laughs, which is even more than what Dorian's goal had been.

"You are so crazy," he says with a warm smile. He then takes Dorian's hand. He glances down at his own outfit. "Is this okay or should I dress up too?"

That brought a smile to the vampires face, mission accomplished.

"So I hear." He chuckled some lifting Kurt's hand and kissing the back of it. "No, you are perfect as you are." He was actually flirting, why? He knew Kurt knew he could never be with him but he could play pretend for a few hours to make his friend smile. "You always look perfect."

"Now I know you just want something," Kurt teases. "But thank you."

He grins at the kiss on the hand. It was a treat to be treated like this.

"All I desire is your company, and to see you smile. Your smile can light up a room." He spoke with that playful elegance. He was totally ripping pages out of the things he used to say to his wife and Maria both when he had pissed them off.

"Come," just one word as he lead Kurt away from the room towards the gardens.

Kurt grins and follows along. With Dorian sweet talking, he'd go just about anywhere with the vampire- within reason.

Old skills do come in handy. He offered a smile to Kurt as he lead him out into the gardens. It was just as pretty at night, more so to Dorian. He could see all the subtle differences.

Oh and look. Theres his record player conveniently playing classical music. This wasn't a set up at all.

Kurt's smile grows as he sees the record player. He loved his crazy friend.

He walked and enjoyed the night. "This is really nice of you."

"You needed someone to show you a touch of kindness my friend, I could not stand another moment of seeing you near tears. So for the next few hours I am yours, for anything within reason and not pushing bounds." He spoke with that ever charming tone, as he stepped back but kept hold of Kurts hand to make a exaggerated bow.

"May I have this dance?"

Kurt chuckles and shakes his head. He didn't think the warning disclaimer had been necessary. He wasn't exactly looking to hop into bed with anyone. But Dorian was like that. And maybe he was just picking at things and should just sit back and enjoy them. Shut up brain.

Kurt bows back to him. "Yes, you may." He steps into Dorian's arms already loving the idea of dancing for a while.

Dorian always liked to place a disclaimer, it usualy kept him from getting a kick to a place he doesn't like being kicked, or a slap to the face by the end of a night.

Dorian couldn't help a laugh as he pulled Kurt to him and moved him into a quick step, a foxtrot.

Some day Kurt would reassure his friend that he wasn't looking to him for a hook up. Now, it was just fun to go with this beautiful set up Dorian had done for him.

He steps into the dance with the smoothness of someone familiar with the style. He wasn't an expert at the foxtrot, but he could fill in the gaps with other dance moves that would make sense.

Dorian did love to keep people on their toes.

Dorian moved with the skill of someone who knew this dance better then they would ever admit. It was fun for him to see Kurt smile again.

There were few times since arriving he had smiled like this. He was dancing! It was always such a fun pastime and he loved that he was good at it. He was able to add just a little flair with Dorian being as skilled as he was.

After a few more beats he spun Kurt out, keeping hold of his hand. Much in the style of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

"You are very light on your feet."

"Thank you. I've been dancing since I was five," Kurt informs him. "And... you already know how much I love it. You're really good too."

"Well I told you, the girls kept me busy with parties for two thirds of my existence. I wouldn't be very convincing if I didn't learn as much as I could. I drew the line at disco though. That's not dancing." He teased abit.

"I may have to change your mind about that later," Kurt teases. It had been an assignment in school, after all.

"But you are right, this is much better style of dancing. If they were around I'd send 'the girls' a fruit basket for training you so well- with dancing." That was all he meant.

"Good luck, people tried and failed. I feel more in with the hippie crowd in the 70's Disco just has no flavor too it like the crowds that went to see Hendrix. That was why I went to woodstock. The man was a musical genius."

"Maria would rather jewels then fruit baskets. She relished in pearls and rubys." Another quick turn with Kurt, and he dipped the younger back "And all of the finest silks from Paris."

"For someone who is such a free spirit, you are awful set in your ways," Kurt observes. "Why don't you welcome the challenge of someone introducing you to a style of music in a new light instead of already assuming I will fail?"

Kurt laughs. "Well she gets a fruit basket and that's it."

"I am no free spirit, I never have been. I simply like to be around people who are. It's more relaxing." He admitted as he moved with him. "Fine, but you pull out the Bee Gees and I'm gone. I saw one too many overly hairy men showing off their chests in the 70's to enjoy that." Or you know Doyle STILL doing that.

"She would throw it piece by piece at you demanding respect. Though it would be in the most loving fashion."

"Do I look like an overly hairy man?" Kurt jokes with him. He was quite... hairless in most areas after all. "But fine no Bee Gees." Though that had been included in their showcase of the era.

Kurt laughs and enjoys their dancing some more. "You're a great friend, you know that? Not everyone would think to give a gift like this."

"No I think your a little worse off then I." Though Dorian had daily stubble, his chair hair was much lighter then anything else. It was odd but almost blond and barely noticeable. Everything else was dark. "Good, then I will try. Besides I must confess there is beauty in the music of Juice Newton and Crystal Gayle."

"Not everyone has learned to stop fighting the urges most would call insane. I am free of those bounds."

Kurt grins. "Those are both good choices. Think we can add them to your record collection?"

"I don't know if everyone has the luxury of friends who care so much," Kurt points out.

"I have both of them.I have a strange array of music my young friend."

"Well, I have learned a lot in my lifetimes on treating people proper."

"You do, but I like it. If I put together all the music I liked- not only would it be too much to count- it probably would be pretty eclectic." Kurt thinks for a moment. "You know what might be fun... have you ever seen Rocky Horror?"
