Nothing.

"I know, I know, I should have knocked, but it's just, I've been in the meeting all afternoon and I didn't even think, I just..." She pauses mid-gesture, catching sight of his face; she frowns, dropping her hands. "Hey man, are you... are you okay?"

Well. On the one hand, this is a complete stranger and not really Gretchen's problem; she would be plenty justified in taking off. On the other hand, he's starting to look increasingly unhappy about the whole situation, and just leaving would be cruel.
On the gripping hand, she accidentally saw his penis and still feels bad about it.
"So, I'm guessing you're not usually this quiet!" She visibly winces; that was painfully inane, but she soldiers on. "Do you, you know, want help? Or something?"

"...So, uh, listen, don't freak out or anything, and you're probably going to think I'm crazy, buuuut... Magic exists, supernatural creatures exist, and there's something somewhere near us that isn't human and maybe wants to, I don't know, do something unfriendly."
((in case it isn't clear, it's you -- her supernatural critter detection powers are not great :v))
