"She's lovely, if a touch lacking in the self-esteem department. Can't for the life of me figure out why, given that she's so bloody talented, but such is life. It's probably one of those world-hopping things."
1. "Given that I 'knew' him from before, I'm not sure this is an entirely fair question. So far? He's sort of a prick. But he's Charles' friend, and I should probably respect that. No matter how bloody well difficult it is. And I suppose he's talented enough. Could be a useful ally, assuming he's got room for those. He was in Bete Noire, at least."
2. "She's growing on me. Possibly because, compared to some of her mutant brethren, she's a little more tolerable. Or possibly because she makes cupcakes. I'm not sure which. Either way, she's a little intense, and I doubt I could deal with her for large spans of time, but she's all right, and probably not a woman I want to piss off."
That said, the ones here are all right. Mostly. Draco still does his best to ignore the fact that they all feed off people / blood, as is generally evidenced in his interactions with them, but he's trying to get over it. Slowly but surely. He likes Dorian better than most, and then Matt is next up. The others, he generally doesn't like on principle; they all sort of start lower on the scale of 'Do Not Trust'.
And of course, he will never ever admit a word of this.
"The day I finally accepted Muggles as proper people."
It's more likely the day that he finally started thinking for himself and made that realisation on his own while watching them get tortured in his house. The day that he denied knowing Harry Potter upon the Golden Trio's capture and arrival to Malfoy Manor is pretty close, though. He just doesn't deal with that kind of thing well, and can't properly respond to it.
Oh, he's still definitely a snob. But he's grown a lot, and I'm super proud of him. Hell, some of his best friends actually are Muggles now, and though he sort of wonders how much hell he'd catch for that back home, he finds that it's not that different from befriending wizards.
Surprisingly enough, they've moved to the point that he doesn't actually hold anything against her. He imagines that he could, but she'd really have to be insensitive towards him on something major to drive him to the point of vindictive bitterness like that.
For now, he's settled for the good outweighing the bad with her, and while she sometimes says stupid stuff, so does he. And they've been fine up to this point, which tells him he's better off letting it go.
All depends on what kind of advice it was, and how intense she's being about the whole thing. Otherwise, he might just consider it an offshoot of her and him being friends, and her making sure he's not getting into trouble while Draco's away.

There's a lot of give and take between these two on these issues and I like it.

Sure. It's a simple expansion charm.
