Roommate Event

Hi all!

This weekend, I'd like to have a roommate event. This will be indirectly related to metaplot events, but it is not metaplot itself. People live together and not everyone has had a chance to get to know their roommates IC.

What's going to happen is that one night, a threat will occur in Dagaz and a Waiting Room safety feature will kick in, where an announcement will sound and everyone will be locked in the room they are in for a six hour period. This will not result in anything other than the rooms eventually unlocking, so backtagging these should be fine.

If you'd like to participate, let me know here. If you aren't around or uninterested, also let me know here and we can assume your characters were out of the Waiting Room at the time. Comments are screened. If there are any situations where only one character would be around but they have signed up to participate, they will be locked in one of the common rooms during other singular characters during the event.

Hi, I'm Taylor and I'm bringing in my OC, an overly trusting puppy of a girl named Ashlin Thomas. She has zero sense of stranger danger, it's bad. In Ashlin's world everyone is connected to smoke type creatures called Shadows (they basically look like they have a masquerade mask for a face, and tendrils of smoke for a body.) They're invisible to most (with Ashlin being one of the exceptions,) but anyone here with the ability to see spirits and things might be able to see her Shadow Bo-Bo. I'll leave it up to individual players to decide whether or not they think there character would be able to see him. She also does a little runic magic. If you'd like to know more about her world and abilities you can totally find a much better explanation of everything in her journal/app and by better I totally just mean it's super long, but there are pictures!

I'm pulling Ash from a previous game, the same one, in fact, that Zoey comes from. She got out of there significantly less emotionally damaged than Zoey though partially because she's oblivious and partially because Zoey was considering getting a child leash for her.
