Guess who's back!

neongirl Hello again everyone! This is Meg, returning like I'd promised I would, bringing with me this lovely muse from the inFAMOUS series; Abigail Walker! Now, her friends and enemies call her Fetch, so this is what she'll be asking everyone to call her.
Some fact's about our newest member of the ship:
Fetch is a Conduit, a sub-species of human that can manipulate and use energy and matter, sorta like mutants in X-Men. Her ability is called Neon, since that's the element she has control over. She can do lots of stuff with this, which I have listed on her journal. I've nerfed and removed one or two of her attacks since they're over kill for the game.

She's also just escaped from a government controlled prison for Conduits, where she was trained to kill, so there's that lol.
It's great to be back and I can't wait to get tagging again!
