It's mother effing booze time

hyposprayingHey, everyone! I have a quick little thing to bring to your attention. A couple IC weeks back, Jaan gifted Christine with a whole crate of Saurian brandy. According to Memory Alpha, it's potent stuff, so you can imagine how long it'll take her to get through it all. But since the candidates move around every so often, she doesn't want to be lugging this hefty (albeit generous) gift with her, so she's going to throw a party to get rid of it in one go.
But, oh no, Christine doesn't do her job and is therefore poor. So this is basically a bring your own glasses, food, and other mixers sort of deal. She provides the brandy, your characters bring the snacks, whatever they want to drink out of, and hopefully a few good things to mix with the brandy so they aren't all drinking it straight. Christine will warn people about its potency, but if you want your character to get drunk, it can easily happen! She'll allow the younger candidates to partake, but she'll say she's keeping her eye on their consumptionand then will promptly forget to check on them as she gets drunk.
Anyway, I'm not doing a network post for this, but handwaving that she made one. The party will be happening in the common area of Floor 59 of the Men's Barracks (since she lives there and will just drag the crate out there) on the evening of Day 227, so the log for it'll be posted on Friday, February 7th. So have your characters come, make new friends, get sloppy drunk and embarrass themselves, and wake up in the morning with a hangover and possibly with someone they didn't expect in their bed!
