Harmless Player Plot here!

hylian_heroReading is harmless right? Well, it is if you actually know how to read. And if you don't pick up restricted books. On day 380 Link will be making his way to the library. It's more of a mistake than anything; those hallways are tricksy! Once there, he'll wander a bit, eventually finding his way on the wrong side of the Restricted barrier. He'll pick out a beautiful looking book, open it up, and Cuccos will stream out - finding various places of Mannez hall to inhabit.
Which will of course will cause problems. Some of these Cuccos are quite harmless. Some of them are vengeful and will attack anything that moves. Oddest of all, you may or may not become a chicken yourself! One minute happily eating lunch and the next minute running around, clucking! Don't worry, it won't last too long.
What are Cuccos?
Cuccos are simply chickens that exist in most Legend of Zelda games.
Great. So we just have chickens everywhere?
Well not exactly. See, Cuccos have two settings.
1) In most Zelda games, if you attack a cucco long enough, it'll go into a rage, call all of its cucco friends, and attack you until you die. Or walk through a door.
2) In Twilight Princess, the game my Link is specifically from, if you attack a cucco enough, you turn into a cucco.
But my character's not really the type to just attack chickens. Plus he/she doesn't have a sword/hammer/hookshot/bow and arrow/etc.
For the purpose of this plot, when Link opens the book, one of three things can happen.
Perfectly ordinary, harmless cuccos appear around you.
Vengeful cuccos appear near you. And then start attacking the minute they see you.
You turn into a cucco.
How do I stop a band of vengeful cuccos?
Run. And go through the next door you can find. They're vengeful, but stupid. They'll forget you exist when you come back out.
What about being a chicken?
This is also temporary. You can make it last as long or as short as you want up to one full IC day. Perhaps you're running around as a cucco and turn back human just as someone rounds the corner. Or maybe you're stuck as a chicken all day long. Or perhaps you change back and forth multiple times a day. You will retain all clothing when you become human again.
Can my character talk while a chicken?
They can talk chicken! Only clucks and squawks. People in regular form will not understand them.
Do I get to keep any of my powers as a chicken?
Nope. Chickens pretty much run around clucking and scratching. As I said, you'll only stay a chicken for as long as you like up to one IC day.
How long will this plot last?
For one IC day.
